About Us

River Stone is a planned community located in Fletcher, North Carolina, consisting of 553 single family homes. Nestled in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, centrally located between Hendersonville and Asheville. Several historical state treasures, National Parks and recreational areas can be found just a short drive away. Our neighborhood pool, playground and neighborhood events throughout the year create a strong sense of morale and a community that enjoys the convenience of their location and surroundings.

MEETING SCHEDULE

Monthly meetings are held at a Board Directors home. Quarterly meetings will be open for homeowners to attend. Exact dates/locations will be placed on the website calendar and an email will be sent prior by Cedar Property Management.

The next Semi Annual HOA Meeting TBD. Due to Covid gatherings outside must be 50 or less and inside 25 or less.
