Assessments are due on or before March 31st of each year.
Accounts overdue for more than fifteen (15) days will accrue interest at a rate of eight percent (8%) per annum. The Association may bring an action at law against the owner personally obligated to pay the same or foreclosure its lien against the Lot against which the delinquent assessment has been levied.
For 2019 Assessment Fees, payment must be deposited into your Cedar Management account by April 15th to avoid penalty fees. Penalty fees will be assessed on April 16th.
No owner may waive or otherwise escape liability for the Assessments provide for herein by non-use of Common Elements or abandonment of his or her Lot.
Hardships and payment plans shall be approved prior to the due date to avoid late fees. Payment plan requests (both new request and existing) are required to be renewed each and every year.
